Discover the Number 1 Reason to Outsource Managed IT

If you are on the fence about outsourcing your Managed IT Services, let our team be the first to tell you the number one reason your company needs to make this change.

Outsourcing Managed IT Services means more bang for your buck. You can experience lower costs while receiving more expertise, productivity and security – all things your business needs to accomplish growth goals.

More Expertise, Less Money

In lieu of outsourcing your Managed IT, you may choose to hire one staff member completely dedicated to IT. But, that one person probably has one set of skills to solve a few problems. With technology and software, problems and difficulties range in size and complexity, making it more difficult to leave one employee responsible for an abundance of technology challenges. The same high expectation for IT hires to have a diverse skill set is not equally expected from other employees. With outsourced Managed IT Services from SMB Suite, you gain a team of experts for a lower price than having one IT member in-house.

Increase Productivity, Lower Costs

When you outsource Managed IT, you’re no longer responsible for carrying costs associated with in-house employees. With an outsourced team of experts, technology solutions are likely to be solved more effectively and timely than one in-house professional. That time saved with an outsourced team decreases potential downtime. An outsourced team of experts is well-equipped to configure your systems to work at their maximum efficiency––boosting productivity and, you guessed it, saving you money. Plus, with an outsourced team, you don’t have to worry about providing benefits or PTO.

Elevate Security, Reduce Expenses

According to IBM’s 2019 Cost of a Data Breach Report, the average total cost of a data breach is 3.86 million U.S. dollars and takes an average of 280 days to identify and contain the breach. When you factor in data recovery and disaster, these costs only rise. It’s critical to choose the right team to successfully maintain your systems, whether it be on-premise, in SMB’s cloud or Microsoft’s cloud. That outsourced team carries the knowledge and skills necessary to protect your systems, information and business from high costs due to lax data protection.

IT is a fast-paced industry that’s constantly changing. It can be difficult for one in-house IT professional to keep up with industry changes and keep your systems running smoothly in the most effective way possible. With an outsourced Managed IT provider like SMB Suite, you acquire a team of qualified professionals with extensive experience to solve your technical problems and save you money.
