Starting in February 2019, Microsoft has been implementing dynamic changes to its platforms. Another round of enhancements will begin in October.
In July, Microsoft announced its next round of enhancements in depth. From their website: “The enhancements to Dynamics 365 applications include hundreds of new capabilities across the business process applications:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Customer Service
- Field Service
- Project Service Automation
- Finance and Operations
- Talent
- Retail
- Business Central
This is an impressive offering, which enhances AI capabilities on almost every aspect of customer service. The new wave gives greater information for a number of functions including: Sales Insight, Customer Insights, Customer Service Insights and Market Insights along with Fraud Protection and even a Virtual Agent for Customer Service. Early rollouts began in August, but everyone will have these new tools available to them beginning October 1st.
